The packaging complies with full ingredient disclosure statement in accordance with the requirements of Ingredient labelling regulation 6(1), 6(9)(b) and 6(9)(e).

Natural Fairness Skin Lightening products are classified as cosmetics under FDA 21 CFR Cosmetic Act and is regulated as a cosmetic under Section 201(i) of the Act because of labelling claims as a Skin-Whitening Soap and the packaging complies with full ingredient disclosure statement in accordance with the requirements of 21 CFR 701.3.
